About Us

Hi I'm Marian

 

If you’ve ever tried to lose weight and struggled, I understand — because I’ve been there myself. For years, fitness felt overwhelming, and I believed I didn’t have the time or consistency to prioritize it. After a 15-year career in marketing and sales, I made a commitment to spend one year focusing on my health. That year changed my life. I lost 100 pounds in 14 months and discovered a passion for helping others build sustainable habits in strength, confidence, and wellness.


I’ve now spent 11 years training women one-on-one.  I worked with private clients while also training in a local gym setting — experiences that shaped my approach to meeting women where they are, regardless of background or fitness level. In 2021, I relocated to the Austin area, where I continue to work with women locally across North Austin as well as online.


Throughout my career, I’ve supported women of all ages and experience levels — from those just getting started to those who have been active for years but want a more thoughtful, personalized approach.


Today, personal training is more than a career for me — it’s my calling. My coaching blends functional strength, mobility, and personalized programming, always grounded in encouragement and respect. There’s no pressure and no judgment — just steady progress and support to help you feel stronger and more comfortable in your body over time.

How I Coach

My coaching approach is rooted in personalization, patience, and sustainability. I believe fitness should support your life — not compete with it — which is why every program is thoughtfully designed around your goals, experience level, and how your body feels day to day.


Rather than pushing quick fixes or rigid plans, I focus on building strength, improving mobility, and developing habits that you can maintain long-term. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to training after time away, my role is to guide you with intention, clarity, and encouragement.

In-Session Support

 

During our sessions, my focus is fully on you. I provide clear instruction, hands-on guidance when appropriate, and real-time adjustments to ensure movements feel safe, effective, and aligned with your body.


Sessions are supportive and focused — never rushed or intimidating. You’ll receive encouragement, accountability, and feedback throughout, helping you build confidence not just in the exercises, but in your ability to move and grow stronger over time.
